Beginners / Adults / Seniors |
T'ai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art, an "internal art" that is practiced in deliberate but flowing movements as slowly as possible with deep relaxing breathing. This series of slow movements align the body’s internal energy paths, enabling "chi" (internal energy) to flow freely through the body. The process relaxes and invigorates the body while clearing and focusing the mind. |
T'ai Chi can combat
stress and improve flexibility, balance and overall health. |
Chi Kung, which dates back thousands of years BC, is an ancient Chinese exercise to control and increase
the body’s internal energy. |
Beginner's classes include Shaolin Temple exercises, short forms in the
Sun and Wu style, Chi Kung, and a meditative form drawn
from Falun Dafa, (a Chinese exercise much like yoga.) |
Advanced classes include yang style short form, animal frolics, eight brocades, and other forms. |
Results include: reduced stress, better concentration, improved balance,
increased range of motion, weight loss, and better posture, long life with
better health and general well being. |
